Walked in on my first day of vacation with low expections and I left blown away! The staff there are so sweet and professional. I love have Flor left my nails, the shape and how they turned out was perfect! I highly recommend. I even came back the next day for brow lamination and lash lift with Flor and she did not disappoint. Next time I’m in the area this is where I’m going!!

I went to Luxe Salon when I was in Cancun last week. A wonderful friendly girl named Flor gave me a full pedicure and manicure and both were the best I’ve ever had in my life. She was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend this salon to anyone!

Amazing experience! I went twice to meet with Yesi and her team to see how we could add extensions without damaging my hair. The first appointment we spent almost an hour together discussing options, analyzing my scalp and giving me a ‘sample’ to see how it feels. Second session we decided on an option that would be best for me. Yesi’s attention to detail, constantly asking if I feel good, and the support for a minor adjustment after my extension Application was superb! Amazing staff and service, the best quality hair extensions I have ever had, and incredible customer service! The best hair service I have had in Cancún!

I found Luxe salon while searching for someone to do sew in weft hair extensions. I’m so glad I found Yesi. I am from Canada and didn’t know what to expect as far as hair quality services, but they do an amazing job! My color is great and just as quality as the services in Canada and my extensions always last a really long time. Would definitely recommend.

This place is awful. I had the worst experience of my life EVER They lie about the prices which are hideously high for the bad service. Then add more on at the end. They lie to cover up what they did and try to blame the customer and try to intimidate you. Horrible horrible people. AVOID YESSI AT ALL COSTS!! She will ruin your hair and take no responsibility. She over bleached my hair now its frizzy and broken so badly everywhere. When you tell them they don't even care. They will probably reply to this comment with another lie and deny I was a customer after treating me so bad. YESSI TOTALLY RUINED MY HAIR BEYOND REPAIR SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING!!!!!!

Clean, professional and well priced. My esthetician used a new stick each time she dipped into the wax and wore gloves. Wax was a good temperature. A good quality salon that’s well priced.

Luxe Hair & Beauty Salon in Cancun is great! The staff is thoughtful and careful, they don't whip through haircuts like it has been my experience in other places including some places in the United States. They spend time with their clients and will make time make adjustments when needed. No rush, great style, trust them with your head! My hair needs are very unique and intense and I can't be more thankful that I met hairdresser Jorge. I’ve been seeing Jorge here for my color, cut, styling and all my hair needs for over a year. No matter where I move in the world, I still go to see him. The salon is friendly and cozy, and who can complain about a cup of coffee, soda or tea while enjoying all my beauty process. Jorge is fantastic and saved my hair who someone else totally ruined. I did not even have to cut it. He is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. His color correction is totally amazing and I always have great time too. I have been struggling with hair stylists that are not passionate with their art for many, many years. These professional stylists are amazing. I have become part of their art 🌸

Don't believe the high reviews. There is no quality, and if you contact the managers, they will not show you respect, will not redo the service, and certainly will not return your money.
